01. Service and authorized users
SIGMUN Intelligence OS is an internal business workspace for SIGMUN. Workspace access requires an approved account, membership, and permission. Public pages provide information and policies only. By using the workspace, users agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
Current features include directives, tasks, suppliers, materials, preliminary formula and experiment records, and linked knowledge, plus optional Drive and Sheets reading, Calendar synchronization and selective Notion imports. Planned features are not available until implemented and announced.
02. Accounts and access
Keep account credentials and integration secrets confidential and use only authorized accounts. Workspace owners are responsible for granting permissions and connecting accounts they are entitled to use. Report suspected unauthorized access to management. Do not share passwords or Client Secrets on public pages or channels not intended for secrets.
03. Business data and ownership
Content and file rights remain with their respective owners. Users authorize only the processing needed to provide requested features under the privacy policy. Users must have authority to enter, read, or import content and respect third-party rights and business confidentiality.
The business must verify prices, units, measurements, and records before relying on them. Current formula records are drafts; they do not automatically establish product safety or authorize manufacture or sale.
04. External services and authorization
Google and Notion connections are optional and subject to user consent and provider policies. The Drive and Sheets OAuth connection is read-only. Optional Vision OCR processes only images explicitly submitted by the owner; OCR output requires human review before saving. Activating Calendar synchronization authorizes creation of the institution calendar and synchronization of its events as described in the privacy policy; it does not authorize changes to Drive or Sheets files. Expired or revoked provider consent can interrupt an integration until renewed.
Disconnecting Google removes its refresh authorization while keeping encrypted client configuration for reconnection. Full configuration deletion can be requested through the contact below. Processing and retention details appear in the privacy policy.
05. Acceptable use
Do not bypass permissions, access unauthorized workspaces or data, upload malicious content, disrupt systems, or collect third-party information without authority. Access may be restricted to protect the business or investigate abuse.
06. Availability and review
The service is provided according to its available features and may be interrupted for maintenance, errors, or provider changes. These pages do not establish an uptime guarantee or service-level agreement. Review records and outputs before commercial, accounting, or material-safety decisions.
The business is responsible for appropriate safety, manufacturing, compliance, and backup procedures. Application records do not replace qualified review. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
07. Ending access and deletion
An authorized workspace owner may revoke a member’s access. Ending membership does not automatically delete business records. Requests to correct or delete personal data or close an account follow the privacy policy; audit or legal obligations may require some retention.
08. Changes and contact
These terms may change as the service changes; the published date will be updated. Changes do not automatically grant additional third-party permissions; consent will be requested when required. For support and questions: nezarhg@gmail.com.
